Meredith Bechac DCN, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian who was born and raised on the Northshore and now proudly serves the Covington community. With five years of clinical experience, Meredith brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to nutrition—one that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in May 2025, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, whole-person care. Meredith completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018 and her Master’s degree in 2020, both from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Meredith is passionate about helping patients build sustainable, nourishing habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. Outside the clinic, she enjoys creating wholesome meals for friends and family, reading, spending time with loved ones, and being outdoors with her dog, Kaia. Grounded in balance, curiosity, and compassion, Meredith is dedicated to empowering individuals to feel confident and supported in their health journey.
